Progressive Broadcast Hire was using another provider for self-generated payment links on statements that connected directly to the payment provider’s platform, and to email payment links to customers to pay for hired equipment.
Before switching to Rvvup, We Can Source It was using separate solutions for cards and PayPal. It seemed that every PayPal option they tried had issues, from customers not enjoying the interface to transactions failing constantly. Despite having an issue-free card solution in place, a deeper dive into the associated costs proved Rvvup could deliver the same if not better as a more cost efficient solution for We Can Source It. Having previously had experience with Pay by Bank purchasing goods on different websites other than their own, it was a new payment option that piqued their interest and they were keen to integrate it into their own checkout stack.

The biggest challenges We Can Source It faced was the cost of transactions and challenges with their existing direct PayPal implementation where transactions were often failing, resulting some very unhappy customers and, in some cases business lost for good whereby customers were not coming back to try other payments methods.
